Due to the harsh operating conditions in an industrial hose pump, accurate numerical simulations of with high speed would be significant but tough. The main goal this paper is develop a reliable model acceptable complexity for non-braided fabric composite rubber used pumps. A finite element rebar elements dealing layers established. Two practical tests counter force and profile deformation characteristics during compressing are designed. simulation results show good accuracy. Based on feasible model, further studies dependencies force, maximum strain stress area size contact inner surface pressing displacement carried out, which will help engineers decide cut down time cost prototype testing. predicted displacements seal off under different pressures also given. methodology modeling pump proposed by helpful fully virtual design pump.
